INDEPENDENT LIVING

KinVillage provides both Market Rental Housing and Subsidized Independent Housing for older adults and independent adults aged 19+ with disabilities,

Market Rental Housing is for people who have a moderate income and are looking for an affordable long-term tenancy.

Subsidized Independent Housing is offered through our partnership with BC housing and rent is based on 30% of total household gross income. If you live in BC, have a low income, and meet the income and asset eligibility criteria, you may qualify.

ASSISTED LIVING

KinVillage’s Assisted Living housing provides a secure and caring environment. It is an extremely friendly place where friendships flourish, interests grow and people enjoy life. Its inclusions of hospitality services, health services and wellness support make it possible to maintain optimum independence and live a very high quality of life.
