SECURE LIVING

Subsidized housing is offered through our partnership with BC housing and rent is based on 30% of total household gross income. If you live in BC, have a low income, and meet the income and asset eligibility criteria, you may qualify for subsidized housing.  

Eligibility requirements include:1. Be a permanent resident of British Columbia, and meet Canadian Citizenship requirements as defined by BC Housing. 2. Annual income below $58,000 with a $100,000 asset limit. 3. Be age 55 years or older and/or a person with disabilities who can live independently and is in receipt of a recognized disability pension or is considered disabled for income tax purposes.
