Long Term Care
At KinVillage, we provide a caring home for 100 residents at our West Court Long-term Care Home. We prioritize person-centered care, building strong relationships with residents and catering to their unique needs, goals, and preferences. Our Gentle Care philosophy is present in our approach to caring for residents with dementia, and we offer comfort care for end-of-life residents. Our long-term care home is accredited by Accreditation Canada, and our staffing levels are determined in conjunction with Fraser Health. In addition to health services, residents receive hospitality services and opportunities to participate in activities. To receive publicly subsidized long-term care services, residents pay a monthly rate based on their income. For more information, please click here to visit the Fraser Health Authority website.

SUITE INFORMATION
West Court is the long-term care home at KinVillage where all 100 residents call home. The private suites are approximately 200 sq. ft. and come with an ensuite sink and toilet. Each suite can be personalized with decorations and some furnishings such as a TV, favorite chair, or other small items. All suites have a call bell for convenience.
Smoking is not allowed within the building. Pets are welcome to visit, but they cannot live in the suites. For the safety of all residents, the use of electric wheelchairs and scooters are not permitted inside the building.
At West Court, our goal is to create a comfortable and safe environment for our residents to call home.
